Ace Front Desk (“Ace”, “we”) runs an AI front desk for local businesses. This page explains, in plain words, what information we handle and how we treat it. Questions? Write to hello@acefrontdesk.com.
What we collect
- From businesses we work with: your contact details and the business information you give us to set up your front desk, such as services, hours, prices and policies.
- From people who call or message a business we serve: what is needed to help them, such as their name, phone number or email, the reason for the call, and appointment details.
- From this website: if you fill in our form, the details you type (name, business, phone, email, best time to talk, message). We use them only to arrange your call.
How we use it
Only to run and improve the front desk for the business you contacted: answering calls and messages, booking appointments, sending reminders and summaries, and tuning scripts with the business. We do not use it to market anything else.
Call recordings
Calls are recorded only when the caller is told at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are used to send the business a summary and to improve the service for that business.
We never sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
The business you contacted, and the service providers that help us run Ace (for example phone, messaging, email and hosting services). They may use the information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How we protect it
Calls and data are handled securely. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected businesses promptly if something goes wrong.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep information while we provide the service and as long as needed for the reasons above. A business can ask us to delete its data at any time, and anyone can ask us what we hold about them or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@acefrontdesk.com.
Text messages
Reply STOP to any text from Ace to stop receiving texts from that business through Ace.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Ace is a service for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
